Booking & Logistics: * Remote Clients: Conducted via Phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom. Meeting details or your secure Zoom link will be sent automatically to your confirmation email. You are responsible for forwarding the link to your guest. * In-Person Clients: Hosted at Solae Longevity & Soul Studio, Minot, ND. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled block to get settled.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel the appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you will not receive a refund of your payment. All bookings include a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 so, please ensure you’re able to attend your session prior to booking. Please be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is automatically canceled and no refund will be issued.
