Service Description

When booking a Zoom Session, please ensure that you have Zoom installed and ready to use prior to your session.  Zoom download is available for FREE at https://zoom.us/.  I will send you the Zoom Meeting link about 10-minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time so, please be ready to receive the call. If you are unprepared for the session, any time used dealing with tech-issues will be deducted from your session. I'm able to connect with your loved ones in Spirit though Zoom, Skype or telephone. Whether we are in the same room or across the world, the connection with Spirit is equally as strong, Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.  If you fail to cancel the appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you will not receive a refund of your payment.  Please be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is automatically canceled and no refund will be issued.
